I love this show! It's over the top, indulgent, campy and lot of fun to watch! Nick George (Peter Krause) vowed never to get involved with the Darling family, but when his father tragically dies from a plane crash, the patriarch Tripp Darling (Donald Sutherland) gives him an offer he finds hard to refuse. Plus, George suspects that one of the Darlings has something to do with the death of his father, so being close to them would help him uncover ...
...is just so awesome - all the Darlings are spoiled, self-indulgent and seem to be out of touch from the real world. Natalie Zea's Karen Darling is sometimes so reprehensible, especially when she tries to make a play for Nick, that you can't help but feel sorry for her when he rejects her. My favorite character (and storyline) has to be that of Brian Darling - the pastor with no morals. His portrayal is so deliciously immoral, yet you just want to ... Read review

Finally, a show that can hold my attention and keeps me coming back for more. With, Donald Sutherland, how can it lose? And, Blair Underwood oooh la la. Not since the days of Dallas, Dynasty and so on, has a show intriged me as this one. Poor Nick George, he gets so pulled every which way from the Darling family's issues he ought to be their physcho therapist as well as ther legal advisor.
