This vacuum has been utterly disappointing! I purchased this high-priced vacuum when I moved into my newly built home and I wanted to invest in a high-quality new technology vacuum with great HEPA filters and features....but this has not been my experience with this one. This vacuum turns corners very awkwardly, it runs extremely loud and the scented filter pads give off an awful scent that you'd never want dispersed in your home. Additionally, this vacuum is heavy and quite large when placing in a closet, etc. and it lacks any interesting features....the proverbial "bells and whistles". With respect to the price point for this vacuum, I expected to be delighted by its performance and features for my investment, but that just has not been my experience with this one!
