Advantages: Great for out doors Disadvantages: none yet
This camera, along with looking good, is pretty cheap for its quality. It's great for taking along hiking or camping; this is primarily an outdoor camera. It takes okay indoors, but much better outdoors. The flash settings aren't the best, but when the flash is turned off is when you get the best quality from this camera. As a photographer, I use this camera mostly for the outdoors, but on occasion I have used it for family holidays and other indoor ...

Advantages: Cal, speed, screen, Live View Disadvantages: price
At first glance this camera suffers some minor changes regarding her younger sister, D200. The grasp is slightly more rounded and with a touch more roughness, which makes it more pleasant to the touch. Moreover, no differences were found many more outside. Pantallón has a 3 inch for data visualization, histograms, photographs, menus, ... that far exceeds that of their competitors in the segment and much brighter than the D200. The sensor is a 12 ... ...that more megapixels = = more memory cards more capacity. Each sensor is the DX, with a factor d emultipliación 1.5 x. Sensor Dimensions: 23.60 mm x 15.80. Besides enjoying an almost perfect sensitivity to ISO 1600, similar to what his sister D200 offered to 800, thus a marked improvement. Advantages: superb image quality, live view, light weight Disadvantages: plasticky feel, could use better weathersealing
...the same footing as the Canon 40D, except for the weathersealing and frame rate. (3.5fps/vs 6.5 (40D). Image quality is superb and is 12 megapixels which allows plenty room for cropping. The other cameras that the XSI competes with would be the Nikon D60 and Olympus E-420. The E-420 is smaller, and has more problems with Noise at ... ...1) someone who already has Canon Lenses and wants to keep the Canon-body to keep their lens investment.
2) First time DSLR buyer who is attracted to Canon - go into the store and compare against the Nikon D60 and see which feels better for you.
3) Buyer who is looking for a camera with Live View capability so they can see how the image looks on the LCD screen in addition to looking through a viewfinder.

Advantages: Great vibrant photos Disadvantages: moderately priced
I am a fine artist who uses the Rebel XTI to shoot photographs of my large scale paintings. The color and overall contrast of each image is superb. I then upload the images into photoshop and make size adjustments and rarely have to make color corrections. It is a great camera and worth every penny. This camera also adjusts very well to different lighting situations that would otherwise distort and over expose an image. I guess one of the nicest ...

This Canon EOS 40D camera is one of the best of its kind. Being terribly easy to set up, with a great design and look about it, this camera definately makes my top ten in all that I have owned.
The camera has a very distinctive and comfortable shape allowing it to sit nicely in your hands without causing strain.
The photo quality is amazing too, edges are all sharp and there was no blurry or pixelated edges on the pictures I took.
There are alot ...
