Review of Nikon D40 by poox78

Advantages: Price, quality
Disadvantages: Compatibility Limited

...the original zoom. The Nikon D40 had very good reviews. As negative point is that the engine of autofocus is in the goal, so the range of goals that one might have, might not be compatible with the camera (that is, if you do not have any objective Nikon this problem will not you) . Discard Canon to see it: it gives the feeling of cheap plastic, one of Chinese toys that break to watch. In addition, I took the camera and I was not comfortable conella. ... Read review

nikon d3
Review of Nikon D3 by lorert745

Advantages: speed, sensitivity, Live View, resolution
Disadvantages: Clean SENSOR

Finally a Nikon camera format completely, ie with a sensor 36 x 23.9 mm. But for those who are concerned about their goals of the other Nikon digital, they can use the option to cut and use it as a DX, ie multiplication factor of 1.5 x. Usually so far in Nikon. This machine is brutal, well ..., is for professionals, because its nearly 5000 euros bear this out. It comes loaded with a 12-megapixel CMOS sensor, a shutter speed, attention of 9 frames ...
...the trimming function sensor can reach the 11 frames per second. These FOT 9. per second surpass the 5 of its main competitor in the segment: the Canon EOS 1Ds Mark III. However Canon offers 21 megapixels in this chamber. With regard to the sensitivity therefore what to say, that with the D3 can reach ISO 25,600. Yes, yes, ISO 25,600. However their optimal settings are between 200 and 6,400 ISO, can force up to 100 and 25,600. More: Live View System, ... Read review

Review of Nikon D40x by salort745

Advantages: Light, fast, good quality and easy to use.
Disadvantages: Improve the viewer.

...of photography with this wonderful Nikon camera. Easy to handle, and very lightly. With its wonderful 10.2 Megapixel amply covers the needs of an amateur. You can take pictures of large dimensions without losing image quality. It is very fast making photography. Have preset scene modes, automatic mode and manual modes. (Watch the shoot., We do not need much more.) It is very comfortable but its handling and movement through the menus is very simple. ...
...comfortable and convenient to other Nikon that I could prove as the D50. Another thing very favourable extras are coming, you can make whites and blacks, cuttlefish directly from the camera without the use retouching programs. It also has a very interesting utility called D-Lighting, which clarifies the photos taken incorrectly. Gone forever photos made against the bad or very dim. This tool does real wonders. ... D300 is the best!
Review of Nikon D300 by theshootout

Advantages: shutter speed, battery life, quality, very durable
Disadvantages: price

Nikon has set the bar with the camera. It has everything you need. A bit expensive but worth the money. The only you need is the extra grip thats like $100 or so. This camera is better than the canon 40d and it also has a bit more features. The shutter is way faster and also doesnt sound like it is going to break. The lens it comes with actually works very well/ However depending on what you are shooting i recommend spending some extra cash on some ... Read review

D40x with a face washing and four functions
Review of Nikon D60 by paso7789

Advantages: new features that allow creative editing and retouching the image
Disadvantages: A few changes IN RESPECT his predecessor

The image quality is good. Sharpness good before moving programme retouching. Very good autonomy. The aim VR is very complete but has few novelties (osea D40x with a face washing and four functions), has no engine approach and the price varies only slightly more. A few noteworthy changes with respect to the design of the D60, which retains the 2.5-inch monitor and does not change the weight of all: less than 500 grams. The same is true with sensitivity, ...
...speed of 3 frames per second. The D60 also offers new features that allow creative editing and retouching the image across the screen menus without necessarily going through the computer. It is a camera that could recommend to people looking for a simple to use and without many complicaiones. In my humble opinion, I believe that currently exist in the market WARC something better. ...
