Great camera
Review of Canon EOS Digital Rebel XTi by mrbungle

Advantages: Great vibrant photos
Disadvantages: moderately priced

I am a fine artist who uses the Rebel XTI to shoot photographs of my large scale paintings. The color and overall contrast of each image is superb. I then upload the images into photoshop and make size adjustments and rarely have to make color corrections. It is a great camera and worth every penny. This camera also adjusts very well to different lighting situations that would otherwise distort and over expose an image. I guess one of the nicest ... Read review

A little
Review of Nikon D40 by tiro7458

Advantages: Its price
Disadvantages: lack of compatibility

Let's see, the Nikon D40 is not bad. Not bad, if you want to take pictures in very fond plan and you do not want to spend too much money. The benefits are fair, neither more nor less. The same you can bring a digital compact that will cost 300, with the only difference being a reflex goal interchangeable. The major disadvantages, for my taste are: of course, and as happens in almost all new cameras, the lack of partial compatibility with the "old" ...
...The strange thing is that Nikon did this because as it has always been characterized to give maximum compatibility with all their cameras and accessories, but good, everything changes. The objectives asserting worth, because the saddle remains the same, but the autofocus does not work and metering only in some cases. With flashes exactly the same thing happens. The measurement, depending on what sometimes is not effective and have to do manually. ... Read review

At last ... My first digital SLR camera!
Review of Olympus E-510 by saort745

Advantages: small, light and image stabilizer
Disadvantages: In live mode - View the camera is slow

...budget. Until I had the Olympus E 510 between my hands. I was amazed by how small (compared with the aforementioned) who was. Apart from this I am familiar with the Olympus brand, we have a great affection, because my first camera was an OM10 (which unfortunately robbed me) and then a OM1 (this I still have the ...). On top was not as expensive. Finally, after much searching the Internet I could buy through Andorrafreemarket.com (which are not only ...

This is more than good. Apart from this, I bought a memory card of 2 GB Compact Flash in the same place that I went for 39 Euros. ... Read review
