Nikon D700 - Compact and professional camera
Review of Nikon D700 by reshba

Advantages: much cheaper than D3 and D300, clear image
Disadvantages: nil

...of my friends has this Nikon D700 Camera. He loves the camera so much that he can never stop sharing the experiences about it. D 700 is the second full frame DSLR from Nikon and has a 12 MP sensor. The D700 has as much features as that of the Nikon D3 and D300 cameras but costs $2,000 lesser than D3. In fact Nikon D 700 becomes an interesting alternative for both D3 and D 300. I enquired about this camera as it is much cheaper but was astonished ...
...with battery EN-EL3e, charger, and Nikon Software Suite. Though the D700 is much cheaper than D3 and D300, it makes no compromises in its features. I have seen many of the pictures taken by my friend and I love them very much. Why don't you give a try to buy this camera? You will also surely love to capture images with this D700 from Nikon. ... SONY A700P
Review of Sony a (alpha) DSLR-A700P by pertghj4779

Advantages: very good camera
Disadvantages: Slow continuous shooting, awkward menus

The 14.2-megapixel A350 fits somewhere between the beefy a700 and the a200, positioning itself to directly compete with other entry-level priced DSLRs like Canon's EOS Rebel XSi. Design-wise, the main attraction of the a350 is the 2.7-inch live view LCD, the soon-to-be ubiquitous technology that enables real-time image adjustment pre-capture, allowing the user to see how the changes they're making to the camera's settings will directly affect the ...
...switching to live view mode. We're also seeing the vertically tilting LCD more and more; we're told it's better for low angle shooting, but we still think a 180-degree rotating LCD provides more flexibility than one that only tilts up and down. The continuous shooting speed of 2.5fps (which drops to approximately 2 fps in live view mode) could be considered subpar, and we're not fans of Sony's menu systems in general, as they tend to be convoluted, ... Outstanding product and value.
Review of Canon Rebel Xsi by west757

Advantages: Easy to use, lightweight, versatile
Disadvantages: None.

I have owned the Canon Rebel Xsi for two years now and love it! It is simple to use, but powerful for all the shots I take. I use it to record my daughter's field hockey and softball games as well as all the important moments in our family's life. I have also used it for portraits, action photos and nature shots. It has great resolution (for editing) and superior ease of use. It connects simply to the computer where I use IPhoto to manipulate the ...
...have had no problem switching the lenses or settings. If you are looking for an easy to use camera with multiple settings and lots of options this is the camera for you. I would recommend it highly to both novices and experienced individuals since each will find the camera suits their needs. ... Read review
