But it is really simple to use. The display quality is really great. It doesn't have too many features but it is really easy to use and very simple. ...did my research on the Kodak web site and got it all figured out. But I still didn't have a spare memory card. The kids pointed out that I could take the one out of my camera and try it in the frame. I took pictures of my dogs to try this out and it worked! Yippie! I'm not so techno savvy that I can just plug something in and it will work. So finally figuring this frame out was a big accomplishment for me.
I had to transfer the pictures from my ... ...this using the USB cable, pulled up my picture files, transferred them. Then I took the memory card out of the camera and put it in the frame. After turning the frame on, there were my pictures! I had put it on the setting for a slide show and was able to rotate the pictures that were sideways or upside down. Now that I have this much figured out, I am going to buy another memory card. I was advised to get a bigger one than my camera has because ...

I received this as a mother's day gift and thought it was a really neat idea. I was a little taken back when my husband told me how much he paid for it though because I would never pay that much for a picture frame. It costs almost as much as my computer monitor.
I have to admit it is a cool gift though and the pictures look really good! One thing I don't like is that the pictures always play in the same order, you can't make it random. I think ... ...randomizing the pictures.
You have to use memory cards with this picture frame as it doesn't have any internal memory but I don't really mind that because I like to switch the pictures a lot. Mine came with a remote control which I thought was cool but honestly rarely use. The stand is a bit flimsy which makes me worry it might fall and break.
Overall I was easily able to set it up get my slide show working and it looks great! Very user friendly ...

...till I tried this! This samsung amazingly is nto just your standard digital photoframe, no far from it. It is jsut a like a mulimedia device as smasungy has taken it to the next level!

Advantages: It does not take up a lot of space and holds several pictures. Disadvantages: It works like a night light unless you diconnect it at night.
I recieved my Kodak EX-811 Digital Picture frame for this past Christmas. And I am enjoying it very much. There are a few things that I like about it. You have the choice to use the memory card from your camera or usb with it. And it is nice to have your pictures change from time to time so that you will always have something diffrent every time. You can see as many or as few pictures that you would like to look at. You can also change the settings ... ...for as long as you would like for them to remain on the frame. I think that this is a great product. And it is perfect for the person that doesn't want to have a lot of picture frames around the room or just does not have enough space for very many frames. ...
