...have read others have contacted Pandigital only to find out that Pandigital already knew about the problems. Nobody seems to know if Pandigital will come out with an updated firmware fix. I'm going to rate this product as only SATISFACTORY mainly due to the ICON that won't disappear. It ruins the image to have a PAUSE or PLAY icon in your picture.
