My husband and I received this as a wedding present. We requested a digital photo frame but not this particular brand or model. We were thrilled to receive it. So we take it home and get it out of the box, plug it in and turn it on. The printed instructions are minimal. There is a disc but it doesn't help much -- it does load the software on the computer that you do need if the frame doesn't recognize your memory flash or pin drive. Which occurred ...

Disadvantages: Extremely disappointed

I really liked the MV-800 after I got it for Christmas, but after 6 months it shut off and now will only run for a short time before it shuts down or the display freezes. I would NOT recommend this product. If you have less than 500 photos to display then it works great but if you have over that, the frame will always lock.
