Dell OptiPlex 755 replaced the Dell OptiPlex GX260 we had on our Desks at work recently and I must say I was very impressed. The 2.4GHz Core 2 Quad Processor is incredibly fast, even with the resource heavy software we use. 4GB of RAM doesn't hurt either. I will say the there is only two expansion slots (One PCI and one PCIe or PCIexpress) which lead me to having to purchase a $400 Quad Video Card instead of two dual cards to run the four monitors ...
...been enjoying this computer upgrade. The OptiPlex 755 is so much faster/better than its predecessor it's not even funny. This HP Pavilion a6430f - Phenom X3 8400 2.1 GHz desktop is not so high end compare to other desktop, but I like the multimedia and graphic alot. This HP Pavilion Media Center m8400f - Phenom X4 9500 2.2 GHz desktop is quite valuable for its value, it is consider as budget desktop PC. One thing I like about this PC is that it comes with a huge 5 GB Ram memory, which is really an advantage for me to save money on the ram itself. Disadvantages: Has only 2 drive for SDRAM PC133 and max. of 1gb..THATS IT!!

I bought this PC with an open mind from Best Buy about 5 years ago and paid 800.00. Came with the tower and a basic full monitor with keyboard and mouse. 10 minutes later, I found out it was obsolete, but I guess that goes for all PC and PC equipment. Apple is always best ,The new Apple iMac core 2 due 2.4 GHz with 20 tft screen in best any other computer Apple include in this product Apple Remote, Apple Keyboard, Mighty Mouse, Mac OS X v10.4 Tiger, iLife '06, Front Row,&Photo Booth. outside of computer it look identical.
