After a full month of calling technical support, being put on hold, and performing multiple tests, I finally was promised a home visit. The Dell Vostro 200 is a geat computer it uploads fast. It has 1GB of memory. We have most upgrades such as the cd burner and the meadia player which i have absolutly fallen in love with. It pulles my picturs up great and with the 19 inch LCD screen the color is un beleveable. We have ran in some problems but they are only miner for home use.
