Advantages: Have worked exceptionally well for past 3 years. Disadvantages: Must be kept in a well ventilated room or risk overheating.
We purchased two of these desktop computers in 2005. We have been truly elated with each of them. The only difference between the makes is mine has a better video card and full DVD features. Otherwise they were both identical. We used them both actively now for business use, writing blogs, and research on the Internet. We have had them for over 3 years, and no glitches or technical problems arose during this time. I have upgraded the memory on mine ... ...is after you've had it powered on for a number of hours (usually over 6 hours) it will start a slight hum that gradually gets a bit louder over time. After we turned the air condition up and powered it down for a few hours. That humming noise went away. Now we keep it the room well ventilated and that humming noise hasn't been noticeable any more. ...
