Advantages: Good refurb value in my case - decent performing w/o upgrading
Disadvantages: to do what I want - I needed to drop $500 in upgrades (including a 24" LCD)

I feel fortunate in picking up this refurb unit from Tiger for less than $400. So far it performs well for my HD video and photo editing - however, it is a difficult to verify consideration as to WHAT the power rating is for this unit. Elsewhere it was posted that the unit has a modest 300W power supply.... barely enough to drive SOME aftermarket video cards - and NOT nearly enough to drive ANY of the video cards I want to upgrade with!
