The customer service was sub-par, they called and offered a service plan, but when we said no-the next month the bill had on it the charge for the plan. The Dell Vostro 200 is a geat computer it uploads fast. It has 1GB of memory. We have most upgrades such as the cd burner and the meadia player which i have absolutly fallen in love with. It pulles my picturs up great and with the 19 inch LCD screen the color is un beleveable. We have ran in some problems but they are only miner for home use. The Dell Vostro 410 is what I am actually using here in the office. My station is equipped with the Intel Quad Core Processor and I must say it is really really fast!
