We've had to do two, TWO System Recovery's and after three hours on the phone with them yesterday they wanted us to do another. The first problem was that our speakers stopped ...
...and we lost internet and email. And lastly, we've had "unexpected shut-downs" AND screen freezes. When the screen freezes there is nothing you can do. The mouse does not work, CTL+ALT+DEL does not work nor does the power button. You have to unplug the unit and plug it back in.
