Overall Evaluation: I've had this PC for about 10 days and have had nothing but trouble. Maybe I have a lemon and my experience will have been an uncommon one but I thought it important to report. In the past ten days I've spent hours and hours on the phone with tech support. We've had to do two, TWO System Recovery's and after three hours on the phone with them yesterday they wanted us to do another. The first problem was that our speakers stopped ...
...and we lost internet and email. And lastly, we've had "unexpected shut-downs" AND screen freezes. When the screen freezes there is nothing you can do. The mouse does not work, CTL+ALT+DEL does not work nor does the power button. You have to unplug the unit and plug it back in. Though Apple Mac Mini is compact and priced low, this mini gave me a surprise with its updated Intel Core 2 Duo processors. The look isn't much different as it has the same white plastic and aluminum design as it did when it was first introduced. So I just did not feel Apple did anything innovative in its design.
