The DMD-1000 Full-sized MiniDisc Recorder from Denon employs Denon's Advanced Super Linear Converter (ASLC), a precise D/A conversion system that provides for low level resolution and maximum dynamic range. Enhanced dynamic range is further assured with the DMD-1000's 64-times oversampling, Dual-bit Delta Sigma 20-bit A/D converter for an improved signal to noise ratio. Additional features include comprehensive editing functionality (divide, combine, move, erase, disc name erase), automatic recognition of blank discs for fast recording operation and multiple input/output terminals (input terminals: two optical digital, one coaxial digital and one analog input pair; output terminals: one optical digital and one analog output pair). Other convenient features include five repeat modes, programmable playback of up to 25 selections a memory recording function.
