Denon AVR 1100 AV receiver

This is a very clean audio-video receiver that makes an excellent platform on which to build a home theater system. It delivers 55 watts of power into each of five channels (two front channels, two rears and a center channel), processes in Dolby Pro Logic and is Dolby Digital-ready. This will allow you to enjoy the latest DVD's to the fullest. A discrete power amplifier ensures cleaner musical reproduction than normal audio-video receivers. Nine analog inputs are provided, as well as an illuminated remote controller. The AVR-1100 incorporates many useful features. The flexibility to add more amplification power is provided by biwire-ready terminals for the center, left and right channels, and pre-outs for those channels plus the sub. Five surround processing modes are offered, including one called 5-channel stereo. Designed for music listening, it provides music through your fronts and surrounds, even mixing left and right and guiding it through the center channel. Conveniences include the 40 presets on the AM/FM tuner and a preprogrammed remote control.
