I have purchased two computers from Dell...both from Dell.com. I had a Hewlitt Packard prior to my first Dell. The poor thing had to be put out of it's misery. So shopping online, I found Dell.com. I wasn't looking for anything fancy. I don't do online gaming or much music stuff. I have a small business that I wanted a good reliable computer for. I use a computer for advertisement, for actual sales, for printing up mailing labels, for banking purposes. Both Dells that I had and now own have been nothing but GREAT. On Dell.com I was able to put in exactly what I wanted. I was given choices in types of monitors, upgraded features, extras all over. I received a free printer with both computers I ordered. I have a CD burner on the computer I have currently and that was something I wasn't considering when I was ordering this computer. I like shopping online too. It was in the privacy of my own home. I got to take my time in ordering. I was given several choices. And both times, the completion of each computer went off without a hitch. A+++++
