I have 5 Dell computers, all of which I ordered from Dells website. The prices and specials that Dell offers are unbeatable compared to other Computer sites. Configuring your computer the way you want it, is very easy to do, and Dell updates the new price as you go along. Checkout is simple, as is opening a Dell credit card to pay for your purchase. Dell's support now has English speaking reps that you can understand which takes away many of the frustrations of not being able to explain or understand the reps they had in the past. Customer Service is good, they will email you back within 1 day with an answer to your question. Their online chat is also great if you need an answer immediately. Whether it's tech support or a question about your order, Dell is there to help. Dell stands behind it's products, I have never had a problem that couldn't be resolved. Anytime something wasn't working right on one of my computers they would ship me a new part (overnight delivery free for the part and the delivery) or if it was a technical issue, a rep would reslove it the same day. I have received free items from Dell for being a dedicated customer. One was a targus laptop case valued at 100.00, simply because I saw it advertised on the Dell site and I wanted to purchase it, but couldn't find where it was located to buy it. Dell apologized for the inconveience and sent me an email with 4 cases to chose from absolutely free. I know of no other website that goes out of it's way to satisfy their customers like Dell does. Dell computers have always been at the top of the list for me. I wouldn't buy any other brand.
