awesome band in the british steel invasion. Their music did take on different directions. Initially it was very heavy like judas priest or iron maiden but later borderd on glam rock. The band went through some line up changes. One of the most notoble things that i found in this band is that the drummer lost his arm after a auto accident and everyone thought his drumming days were over. Determination proved to work in his favor. He had a special kick pedal designed to play the parts he used to play with the hand he lost with his foot. He still played quite well with the new set up. Their album hysteria, which is also when their musical style became a little less heavy, was one of the biggest selling rock albums of all time.
