Def Leppards Music has been something that has withstood the test of time. I was a child of the 80's and had nearly all of their albums growing up. Each one of those albums seemed to produce a plethora of hits. If you have the a chance, you should definitely try to acquire some of these albums if at all possible. Def Leppard is one of the best bands ever. Formed in 1977 in Sheffield, England, they were a hard rock heavy metal band. Def Leppard has definetely stood the test of time and have over come a lot. They started out with Rick Savage, Pete Willis, Tony Kenning, and Joe Elliot under the name "Atomic Mass" but switched it to "Def Leppard" . I absolutely love this group. My children listen to their tapes and cds I have. They claim that these guys are one of their favorites. I am glad that something I listened to when I was young can still be popular, now. The blend of their voices is a great thing.

awesome band in the british steel invasion. Their music did take on different directions. Initially it was very heavy like judas priest or iron maiden but later borderd on glam rock. The band went through some line up changes. One of the most notoble things that i found in this band is that the drummer lost his arm after a auto accident and everyone thought his drumming days were over. ...mine, think about you, Mama Kin, Nice boys, one in a million and Don't cry. 9.) Iron Maiden. Another band that had really good music with vocals. I must say their live shows were not as good performances as their albums ( as far as the songs), but the guitar and bass were great. Some of my favorites include, Two minutes to midnight, run to the hills, Flash of the blade, The duelists, Aces high, Alexander the great, and wasted years. I will have to think 10 it has changed quite a bit over time, but Cinderella, classic def leppard, twisted sister and others are up there.... Read review
