This is a very nice deep fryer with lots of features. The plastic even stays cool as you are using it cook. It does not take too long to heat up the oil to do your cooking in. It even has a nice lid on it that you can close. It does not take long for the food to get done once you put it in. This fryer was a gift from my father whom has now past away. It is a fun little gadget to have. It keeps oil fresh as the lid is air tight. So, it is very convienant to use at a moments notice. It has a basket that can be easily raised and lowered in the oil and is dishwasher safe. It also has digital settings on it and some preset settings on it to fry just about anything you want which leaves out the guess work. My kids love cooking french fries ...

I just love this deep fryer. It is really easy to use and it does not take long to empty out the oil. The food taste so good every time I cook in it. It does not take too long to heat up.
