I ordered the Nokia E71 on July 27th. It was shipped on July 29th, arrived on July31st, and was released by customs and delivered to me on August 1st. The products was in perfect, brand new condition, the box was sealed, all accessories were included.
I did have to chase Dechowireless up regarding the shipping notification. They stated that it would take 2 days to process, but after 3 days i did not receive the FedEx tracking number, I emailed them and was told that it has been shipped on the 29th.
I requested the FedEx tracking number but did not receive it. I then placed a phone call and after that they updated the Google checkout shipping notification, and included the tracking number.
As a first time customer I was a bit worried, but everything turned out fine.
Please note that although they appear top be based in the USA, the item was actually shipped from Hong Kong, with the return mailing address showing: Dechonwireless, 'Yee Yuk Industrial Center.
For me this is not a problem, as it meant that my product was delivered very quickly ( I live in Taiwan).
In conclusion, Dechowireless is a legitimate company who deliver their products very quickly.
