I've owned this machine for over a year and I still love it! It gives a beautiful shot of espresso with thick rich dark crema. It's quick to heat up. It steams milk relatively quick. It has no problems serving 3 espresso shots in a row, before the boiler needs to rebuild pressure. Occasionally, not often, it has trouble throwing a shot. The remedy is to open up the steam wand and let it blow for a minimum of 2 minutes. Then all is back to normal. This is not a con to the product. This machine performs SO WELL SO OFTEN, I don't mind. I highly recommend this machine to folks who know how to make espresso based drinks. You won't be disappointed.
