...looked pretty cluttered too. Still, appearances I’d forgive as long as it delivered. Navigation seemed easy enough – links across the top for ‘Home’, ‘Browse the Catalogue’, ‘Gifts’, ‘Information Desk’, ‘Help’, ‘Login’ and ‘Trolley’. Pretty standard really, the only gripes I had were (a) the annoying drop down help menus and (b) the site doesn’t seem to find the Internet explorer window very well – so I always had two scroll bars down the side of the screen and sometimes had difficulty moving about.
Anyway, you can search for products by name or catalogue number (i.e. from the normal Argos catalogue). As we already knew what we wanted, keying in the number took us straight to what we wanted – DeLonghi MAK 312, cat no. 400...
