A light signals when your oil has reached the correct frying temperature, usually in under 10 minutes. Cool Touch walls promote safe operation, and a viewing window lets you keep an eye on what's inside. Features include a non-stick coated interior, 20-minute electronic timer, 9 temperature settings with a range of 300-375 degrees Fahrenheit, anti-odor filters and cord storage. For easy cleaning, the system filters and drains the used oil into a sealable storage container.

This is avery nice deep fryer that has a really cool touch to it when you are actually cooking. It has some very nice features and functions to have on it. It is realy easy to use and does not take up much room at all on your cabinet. It does not take long to cook you food in either. It is very easy to clean and to maintain it. Does not take long to clean either. I think that it is very safe for you and for kids if they just happen to touch it. The grease gets really hot but the out side of the deep fryer does not. It is a very nice value for the money that you pay for it.
