With DeLonghi's Cool-Touch Deep Fryer, you get an extra-large basket for frying chicken strips, French fries, onion rings or tempura, an exterior lift handle so you can raise or... more...lower the basket without coming into contact with the hot oil, and an easy-to-clean front drainage system that dispenses used oil into your own container for using later or discarding. (Temperature range for the oil is 350 - 370 degrees.) On top is a large viewing window and underneath is a magnetic cord that detaches from the fryer if accidentally pulled. The interior is nonstick for easy cleanup, and the unit comes with two replaceable filters that absorb any unpleasant odors caused from frying. It's designed with non-slip feet that prevent the fryer from moving around while in use, side handles to help with lifting and a cool-touch exterior for added safety.

This is a very nice deep fryer with lots of features. The plastic even stays cool as you are using it cook. It does not take too long to heat up the oil to do your cooking in. It even has a nice lid on it that you can close. It does not take long for the food to get done once you put it in. You can also get all the grease shook off to where it do not have much grease on it. It is very easy to use and maintain. I just like the way it looks on the outside. After the food gets cooked, it taste so good like you ar eating at a restruant. I would definitely buy another if mine tore up.
