This is a very nice dvd and vcr combo to have. You can do both on it and still use the same remote. It has lots of nice features and functions. It is very easy to install and hook to your tv. I have not had any kind of problems out of it since we purchased it. It shows very good quality pictures along with nice sound from the movies that you watch. VERY NICE! This DVD player is well worth the money that you pay! I have never had any problems with this JVC, I think this brand is nice. I have heard otherwise from people but I disagree. THe only problem I had the VCR part was it ate one of my tapes, although I am not sure if it was the tape or the VCR. My experiences of this product have all been exceptional. Although it is not the cheapest system out there, but it is worth it because it packs the pound for the buck. I like the sound system the best out of all of the choices. It lets for surround sound and lets you hook up all audio through it. I also liked its remote, because it can control all devices.
