Cyber Home Ch-DVD 300 is a compact, 3.5 pounds, weighted player.
I have mine hooked up to my daughter's Tv. I choose it because of it's price, which was very reasonable (around, fifty US dollars), and because I wanted a smaller unit, than I had experienced before.
The features are fairly simple. There is a remote that is included, and is about the size of a cell phone, in comparison to regular remotes, found out on the market today.
The ... ...GOTO,program, angle, subtitle, audio,mute. *It also has forward wind, rewind, play, enter, stop, pause, zoom, return, and a special, BOOKMARK button(this allows you to save various places for a quicker recall.)
*Of course there are the usual number keys, volume, and repeat buttons.
The Player has-
*play ^ and << rewind, and >> Forward , etc.

Its fantastic being able to get a player with this function in this price range, the USB was the first thing i tried out! right out of the box.
USB works great and Xvid files ran from a flashdrive Smooth as silk.
Mpeg also played great from the USB. DVD rips run from the USB drive with menu and scene selections and chapters can be navigated with the number pad. The manual says "The USB jack does not support the connection of other USB devices except ... ...power to power up Harddrives, so maybe if an external powered HD it most probably will work.
File names on the USB appears to be limited to 14 characters. The manual says that for divx it supports .srt, .smi, .sub, .ssa, and .txt. idx/sub pairs also work.
Tried 2 WMVs on it so far. Both played fine. The manual says it only supports "main profile" WMVs, not "advanced profile" nor DRM-ed WMVs. Plays WMV9 files (poor compatibility with older WMV8,7)
