I have had this HP DVD drive about two months and a week. I really feel it is great, I have used more than five DVD drives and this one beats them all. I install it in my Lenovo desktop computer; it comes off a good job. First it burns disk fastly, I am converting a CD collection to MP3s or movies. and the read speed from this drive is 13 to 14 Mbs.
