The Dynamite M1-8200 RAID NAS is a high-availability modularized NAS server that incorporates storage capacities of 640GB to 6, 000GB (6 TeraBytes) with the latest NAS and RAID technologies. The Dynamite M1-8200 RAID NAS is composed of a 1U NAS-Engine along with 1 to 3 DataMax 8200 RAID 2U Modules, giving you up to 2 TeraBytes of NAS Storage in only 3U rack height, up to 4 TeraBytes in only 5U rack height, and up to 6 TeraBytes in only 7U rack height. Each DataMax includes 8 hot-swappable drives, dual hot-swappable 300 Watt power supplies, environmental controller and dual-host RAID controller. Not only is your data protected with your choice of RAID 1, 3, 5 or 0+1, but you can also manage your file server easily and remotely with a web browser over your company's network. What's more, the Dynamite M1 RAID NAS comes standard with a CD ROM and floppy disk drive, eliminating the hassle of trying to hook up an external CD ROM to your NAS server every time you want to install a new piece of software like many other NAS appliances currently on the market. Installation and setup are a breeze, allowing the Dynamite M1 RAID NAS to be up and running in about 15 minutes after it is unpacked from the box.
