Cuisinart TOB-165

Advantages: Perfect for almost empty-nesters.
Disadvantages: None that I have found.

...of these toaster ovens, the Cuisinart TOB-165. I can't speak for the two which went to my sons, but I LOVE MINE. Kids leave and you don't need to use the oven except for holidays and parties. ...and thus I use my Cuisinart TOB165 frequently. [2] When the timer goes off (and it has been very reliable), the toaster oven stays on until you come over and physically turn it off. I would like for it to automatically switch off, but having to be there makes me on the lookout for problems. [3] It cannot be programmed to turn on and off at specified times. This is an excellent toaster over that has a wide variety of uses and features. This toaster over does everything from defrosting frozen meats to reheating leftovers. It has features and can serve as an alternative to a conventional oven for items of small enough size.
