I've had this grinder for almost 4 years, and it has been completely reliable and problem-free. It's still working great, so I anticipate having it for a good long time. It is extremely adjustable as far as the level of grind, with a huge range from very fine to very coarse. The hopper holds a large amount of beans, so you don't have to refill it daily (unless you want to). It takes up a bit more space on the counter than some other grinders, but it looks good so I don't mind. The biggest drawback is it is VERY noisy. It is difficult to continue a conversation for the short time it is grinding. But I guess I've gotten used to it. Also, to avoid grounds coming out of the receiving bin, it's a good idea to, while holding the lid on, tap the bottom hard on the counter once or twice after removing it. This makes any grounds that are at or near the top of the bin drop down so they don't spill out when you remove the lid. It's really no big deal, and just takes a couple of seconds. Overall it's a very good grinder with excellent quality grind. I've had no problems at all with this grinder, and friends that have seen it in action have acquired one for themselves.
