Advantages: Very adjustable grinding levels. Heavy-duty and reliable.
Disadvantages: Very noisy while grinding.

I've had this grinder for almost 4 years, and it has been completely reliable and problem-free. It's still working great, so I anticipate having it for a good long time. It is extremely adjustable as far as the level of grind, with a huge range from very fine to very coarse. The hopper holds a large amount of beans, so you don't have to refill it daily (unless you want to). It takes up a bit more space on the counter than some other grinders, but ...
...drawback is it is VERY noisy. It is difficult to continue a conversation for the short time it is grinding. But I guess I've gotten used to it. Also, to avoid grounds coming out of the receiving bin, it's a good idea to, while holding the lid on, tap the bottom hard on the counter once or twice after removing it.
