The genius composer Yoko Kanno had a hand in each genius track, and it is one of the most memorable anime soundtracks of all time. The opening song, "Tank!" is a piece of airy jazz that will get you pumped and ready to get into the show. ...26 episode series. Cowboy bebop has an almost cult-like following and remains a great series - it hasn't aged a bit. This series was heavily influenced by the US jazz movement, and the soundtrack and general feel of the series reflects that. The soundtrack is almost as good as the show itself, it's AMAZING.
