...we happen to have two Kyocera Mitas in our office. Due to the high demand of printing and scanning, I tend to forget the pressure we exercit over these machines, nonetheless, my review will be based mostly on the number of times we had to call in the repair guy for them. ...big load ( we usually print roughly 10,000 sheets in a week) it tends to leave black streaks along the pages. Pretty weird? Whenever we call someone to help us out with the machine, they tell us what to do to fix it, and believe it or not, if any copier does black streaks, you simply need to get some windex and a piece of cloth (never tissues) and wipe it clean. ...above advantages the only drawback in this model is that color copies cant be made in Xerox Copycentre C20. Please dont use this one for copier purposes. This machine is not at all user friendly when compared to the other model of this brand. There are lots of other thing also. The machine will produce quite disturbing sound after using it fot about 2-3 years. Moreover, we have to do most of the things manually. Its also a slow copiers.
