If you want to be productive and get your work completed by the end of the day, then do not buy this copier. It is terrible. I really think that it jams more than copies. If it is not jamming then it is running out of paper. It holds about a half a pack of paper. You are always having to refill the paper supply. The maintenance on this thing is awful too. I am not sure how many times we have had to call the repair lady. She may as well camp out up ... Read review

Have you ever seen Office Space where they take the printer outside and beat it with the baseball bat? That is how I feel about this copier. i work for a large office and this is the printer / copier that was selected to service our floor. This thing gets used all day, everyday by everyone on the floor. This thing has constant problems with paper jams and it seems like the toner has to be adjusted or changed every other day. This is a very big and nice copier to have. They have this kind in the doctors office that all my children go to. It is not hard to use and it great to use. It has always printed off pages really nice. I have never heard any of the employees complaint about it. They said that it really works good. It is very tall too. I worked at a daycare that had this type of copier. It had so many features. It printed our bullitins really nice with out smearing the ink or even messing them up. The owner of the daycare printed off lots of thing every month. It was just great to see the quality of things that this copier printed. She never had any problems out of it or any other employee. We had been looking for a small light-duty copier for our occasional copying needs. We found this one on sale and it was a similar model to one we had used before. The copier weighs about 15 lbs and when open and ready to use stretches about 30 inches across. It can hold about 15 sheets at a time and only copies in black. The copier we had used before had to be hand-fed each sheet, so we like that this one could hold 15 sheet at the ready and automatically ...
...they get. It copies only one sheet at a time -- though will make up to 15-20 copies of the same document at a time. The cartridge is good for about 1000 copies. It has a manual lighter/darker switch and automatic shut-off after a certain amount of time as elapsed. The only downside we have found with this copier is that it seems to have trouble with copying inks other than black. There is a way to play with the buttons to make the copies look better, ...
