If it is not jamming then it is running out of paper. It holds about a half a pack of paper. You are always having to refill the paper supply. The maintenance on this thing is awful too. This is a very big and nice copier to have. They have this kind in the doctors office that all my children go to. It is not hard to use and it great to use. It has always printed off pages really nice. I have never heard any of the employees complaint about it. They said that it really works good. It is very tall too.
