These speakers are amazing! I have yet to test the full potential of the speakers and the sub due to roommates complaints! That's always a good sign. My computer is actually hooked up through my tv, so these speakers also act as my home theater surround sound. I couldn't be happier for the price! Control Centre: This is the brains of the system. It includes all the controls, inputs and digital processing. The front panel has an oversized volume knob in a central position which is very pleasing to use, as it simulates a volume control on high end DJ equipment. These are very nice speakers to have for your computer. The sound comes out very clear and nice and loud. There is no static at all that you can hear either. They are not hard to hook up at all and is an excellent value. The are rather unique looking but are very nice too. I bought these for $50 about 2 years ago. Once my friends heard the quality of sound, and how much I paid for them, 3 of them asked me to buy them the same set of speakers for them. they produce fantastic sound with a really deep base (there is a base control on the back of the sub woofer, so you can adjust it to your level). The cables are 'Stereo' not 'RCA' which means that you can plug it straight into you computer. If you want to use it on you ...
...cable adapters (only a few dollars). My computer does not have surround sound capabilities so I did not use them to the full capacity. I had 2 double jacks in order to make sound come out of all 6 speakers. On the front right speaker it has a headphone jack, volume control and on/off button I found that the lengths of the cables were just not long enough, but for the price I paid I can not complain.
