Compaq StorageWorks RAID Array HSG60

The HSG60 array controller attaches to up to 16 single servers or 8 clustered pairs, with 2 adapters each, using an optical switch. In a switched configuration up to 4 dual redundant Modular Arrays are supported (8 controllers). The HSG60 has two Fiber Channel host ports per controller and can be used in single controller or dual redundant configurations. HSG60 Array Controllers also utilize hubs in Fiber Channel Arbitrated Loop configurations. In loop configurations there can be a maximum of 2 dual redundant storage systems, supporting up to 8 single servers or 2 clustered pairs configured in separate loops. The number of servers and controllers supported is operating system dependent; check the operating system solution kit for configuration and support requirements when configuring the controllers.
