A combination of magnesium alloy and reinforced composite material creates a notebook that will withstand the rigorous mobile user environment. The Evo Notebook N610c makes it easy to stay connected with the industry standard integrated Mini-PCI modem, integrated NIC, or optional wireless MultiPort or PC Card devices. The Intel Pentium 4 Processor-M is the backbone of the Evo Notebook N610c performance. The ATI Mobility Radeon 7500 graphics controller with 32 MB of DDR (double data rate) SDRAM handles the most demanding 2D and 3D graphics applications. Lithium-Ion battery technology and advanced power management let the N610c achieve 4 hours run-time. The MultiPort solution expands the functionality via user-removable MultiPort modules that can provide integrated wireless communications and enhanced security features. The MultiPort interface is based on USB 1.1. The MultiBay accepts a variety of removable media drives such as DVD/CD-RW, DVD, CD-ROM, as well as a second battery, hard drive, or floppy drive.
