This TV has a wonderful picture. Before we got this this television set for Christmas in 2004, we had an old one that had the screen that is rounded and kind of sticks out. This one is a HUGE improvement!!! The picture is sharp and you can see all the tiny details in this 36 inch screen(even though it's not an HDTV). No complaints or problems in the 10 months I am in possession of this so far. Design and excellent image quality for a non-HD device is still not that the flaws / mistakes, I have a lot of HD-LCD units.
