This Philips tv is great.   Not too big ,not too small. I would not suggest moving it, by yourself, though.  It is heavier than you think.   I like all the features.  It has an auto adjust for fixing the color, brightness, tint, and all. It can be set up in several ways.  *You can put it on sleep mode which cuts the tv program or just the channel or the whole tv off when you pre-set the timer. *The timer can be set for 30 minutes up to 90 minutes.  ...
...It also has surround sound, stereo sound and  a remote.  I prefer its size, because its not too big , or too small.  There is  really nothing unique about it, but   mine has not given me any problems. The Toshiba 20AF46 TV is the set I have had in my bedroom for just over two years. I got it when it first came out by trading in my credit card reward points for it. I believe, at that time, it was about 25,000 points or somewhere around $250. With its flat glass screen, clarity while viewing is possible from anywhere in my room. One additional feature that makes this especially nice is that the TV, via the remote, can 'fake' your DVD player into thinking its display is really Wide screen or 16:9. The picture quality is very good. Sound system in this TVs has pseudo stereo and the Turbo plus sound enhancer which amplifies bass effects. The max volume is too good and loud to fit watching movies, music with large sound volumes. It supports HDTV signals too! ...of sound frequencies. One thing I noticed with regards to AV input is that it does not come with a regular S video input socket for direct connection from PC to TV. ...turn up the volume with hello kitty dancing across the tv. It is the tv you love to hate. If you're a heavy sleeper don't count on the time feature to wake you right out bed. This APEX 27" color TV is our family television. My kids couldn't keep up with their payments on the big screen TV that we had, so this was a suitable substitute. We have had this television for about two years. We also have a DVD player, surround sound home theater system and DVR hooked up to this TV. It came with yet another remote control and sorry to say, this remote is cheap but a necessary part of using the TV. This TV is 27" and digital. ...
...movies. The sound on this Apex is quality enough so no need for anything else while watching regular TV. I can't imagine ever having to turn it up to 30 either but I'm sure the whole neighborhood could hear it if we did.
