Advantages: A Great TV, Good Clarity, Great Options

The Toshiba 20AF46 TV is the set I have had in my bedroom for just over two years. I got it when it first came out by trading in my credit card reward points for it. I believe, at that time, it was about 25,000 points or somewhere around $250. With its flat glass screen, clarity while viewing is possible from anywhere in my room. ...pared my TV with a Toshiba DVD Player that also has Color Stream and couldn't be happier with the picture clarity. One additional feature that makes this especially nice is that the TV, via the remote, can 'fake' your DVD player into thinking its display is really Wide screen or 16:9. The picture quality is very good. Sound system in this TVs has pseudo stereo and the Turbo plus sound enhancer which amplifies bass effects. The max volume is too good and loud to fit watching movies, music with large sound volumes. It supports HDTV signals too! ...of sound frequencies. One thing I noticed with regards to AV input is that it does not come with a regular S video input socket for direct connection from PC to TV. ...turn up the volume with hello kitty dancing across the tv. It is the tv you love to hate. If you're a heavy sleeper don't count on the time feature to wake you right out bed. This APEX 27" color TV is our family television. My kids couldn't keep up with their payments on the big screen TV that we had, so this was a suitable substitute. We have had this television for about two years. We also have a DVD player, surround sound home theater system and DVR hooked up to this TV. I can't imagine ever having to turn it up to 30 either but I'm sure the whole neighborhood could hear it if we did. I bought this Sanyo color television for my youngest son for his birthday three years ago. There was always a constant battle over video games and television time.
