To me, coffee is the staff of life. If my coffee maker malfunctions, I consider that a major life crisis. Lol. Happy to report however that In the 3+ years I've owned my Zojirushi.... This is a really nice coffee pot. You fill the top with water right from the tap, no filling up the coffee pot and pouring it in (well, there IS NO coffee pot!) As there is no pot, you don't have to worry about breaking/replacing the pot either. The coffee stays nice and hot for a couple hours.
