Ingredients:Crab 200 grams.full grown corn 1 no.corn flour 25 grams,soybean sauce 15 ml.
Method.
Boil the crab for 10 minutes in a semi closed vessel.Break the shell and peel off the flesh.Peel the corn and bake it for 10 minutes.
Add the crab flesh and the baked corn in a separate vessel. Add 700 ml of water,add the corn flour to it.Cook for 5 minutes.Stir well.add the soybean sauce.cook for a minute.Add a egg white with constant stirring.You will get an excellent aroma.Serve hot. Add pepper and salt for taste. To get a fleshy crab buy it ten days after full moon day when buying it fresh from market.This has medicinal value and should not be taken more than once in a month
