Here is a quick and easy way to make a chicken soup that is well worth the time it takes to prepare.

Chicken Soup-

*Ingredients are-

1-16 ounces of chicken stock, or chicken broth(Swanson) it is already prepared

2-some fresh chopped celery or celery flakes(to taste)

3-some minced, fresh,or diced garlic(to taste)

4-some chopped, minced, or freshly sliced onion(about one small)

5-some commercial egg noodle (a whole bag)

6-some parsley(about one to two teaspoons)

7-some chives(to taste)

8-salt and pepper(to taste)

9- chopped, diced carrots(to taste)

10-chopped or cut-up chicken meat(can used canned chicken, like Swanson) That has been pre-cooked!!!!

Directions-
*Bring all the vegetables and pasta noodles together in a big pot. Put in your chicken stock/broth. Heat till veggies are tender and pasta is aldente. Add pre-cooked chicken. Heat thoroughly.

**This is real helpful if you are watching your weight. You can buy no fat chicken broth. You can eat all the non fat chicken broth you wish and not gain anything.

**Chicken broth is a good thing to help with head colds. Next time you are stuffed up, eat some chicken broth that has been heated. The chicken has properties that are beneficial.
