ORANGE CHICKEN

Okay, so I absolutely love chinese food. I think it's great to have food with so many colors and healthy vegetables. My top pic is Orange chicken, I love eating orange chicken once in a big while at Chinese restaurants, but my favorite is Zesty orange chicken from applebee's. This stuff is delicious with white rice and soy sauce, for those who haven't tried this, you are definately missing out. For those who don't like to go out much or simply don't have a chinese restaurant or applebee's nearby, here's a great recipe that is easy and tasty. This is a great recipe for lunch or dinner. This take about 40 minutes to prepare and 40 minutes to cook. It is not very quick but definately worth it. This recipe serves about 4 people so enjoy everyone!

1 cup of all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of pepper

2 tablespoons of orange juice
1/4 cup of lemon juice
1/3 cup of rice vinegar
2 1/2 tablespoons of soy sauce

Put the chicken into the skillet, and until it is brown on both sides.

Place on paper towels and cover it with aluminum foil paper.
