This is a recipe I got from my mother and she recieved it from a good friend of her's . This really is such a nice easy recipe to make and if you already have your chicken cooked and deboned ahead of time , then it takes no time to put together for days when you might not want to be standing in front of a hot stove all day . I hope you enjoy this as much as I do .
Ingredients : 4 -5 pounds chicken (boiled ) 2 packages frozen broccoli spears ( or broccoli pieces ) 2 cans cream of chicken soup 1 cup mayonnaise 1 tsp curry powder 1/2 cup grated cheese
Place your deboned , cooked chicken pieces in bottom of casserole bowl . Cover with cooked chopped broccoli. Add your remaining ingredients and pour over your broccoli . Cover with more cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes .
It really is tasty and is a good way to get your children to eat their broccoli :)
